If the system does not allow you to go to Step 2, it means that for the specific route the booking time is over and there is possibility to provide you the service.

 

I need a price for a taxi transfer.

Please use our online reservation system to check the price for your taxi transfer request. You will see the price of the requested service under Step 2. After Step 2 you can fill in the rest of the details under Step 3. You will receive an instant confirmation. The confirmation will include all details of your transfer, meeting points and driver details.

 

I need an invoice.

If you pay the taxi fee to our driver, our driver will give you an invoice. Please do not hesitate to ask it from our driver.
If you decide to pay your taxi transfer in advance, we will issue an invoice for you.
Please add your invoice request and invoicing details in the "Comments" box, under Step 3 of the online reservation.

How can I recognize my driver?

Your driver will wait you in front of the Shop with a well visible waiting sign.

 

What if my flight has a delay?

We monitor your flight for delays. If your flight is delayed your reservation will be automatically updated and our driver will arrive at the meeting point at the actual arrival time of your flight. To ensure the smooth service, please contact our driver or our emergency number as soon as you are informed about the delay of your flight.
Our driver will send you an sms to your mobile the day before your transfer. Our emergency number is in your confirmation voucher that you receive instantly after the successful online reservation.
