"I'm very satisified with the transfer service from Charleroi Airport to Brussels and back. I booked a bus for 8 passengers. Drivers that took care of us both ways contacted me via phone/sms with advance, so we could easily find ourselves in crowded locations. The transport was punctual, smooth and safe, which is especially important before catching the plane. I received the requested invoice in timely manner and the phone infoline was also available to consult any detailed queries I had regarding our transfer."

"The service is perfect. There were 24 of us and we were given three minibuses whoch took us to the hotel. Te drivers were punctual, when we came to the arrival lounge they were already there waiting for us. All of them were polite and helped with the luggage. The mini buses were clean both inside and outside. We also booked a transfer back to the airport and had to leave the hotel at 5 am. When we went outside the buses and drivers were already there waiting for us. I highly recommend this transfer service to everybody who comes to Brussels and needs a transfer. I analyzed the prices before booking and can assure you their prices are the lowest. For us as a group the price was even lower than on the shuttle. The airport - the hotel door fetch is a great bonus if you are travelling with a luggage or just want to avoid public transportation. Thank you!!!!!!!!"

I had the emergency number but I wasn’t sure if a delay was an emergency! So I emailed in. Then the passport control was really packed so another delay. The car was lovely and driver was excellent."
