Thank you. Everything was great. I’m so sorry the driver had to wait. My flight was late- I didn’t know how to inform the actual driver before takeoff. I had the emergency number but I wasn’t sure if a delay was an emergency! So I emailed in. Then the passport control was really packed so another delay. The car was lovely and driver was excellent.

Both drivers were keeping in contact with me over mobile before picking us up from and to the airport. The driver for the arrival transfer had to wait more than an hour due to a huge delay of the pass control, for which I thank him.

I was a bit worried if the driver would turn up as I had not heard of or used Charleroi before. But I have to say I was not disappointed. The driver was there to meet us at the airport and drove us to Maastricht. The driver again turned up before time at the hotel and drove us back to the airport in plenty of time to catch our flight. A great service and sensibly priced. I would have no hesitation in recommending Charleroi and will definitely use again the next time I am in Europe. WELL DONE.

We requested an infant seat and the driver did not have it. We had no other options but to accept the ride as it was very late at night, we were coming from a long journey and our baby needed to be fed. This is unacceptable and illegal. Other than that The driver was kind and his driving good.
